About Plan Profit Grow™

Financial strategy for founders who want growth to make sense on paper and in real life.

Plan Profit Grow™ helps agency founders make clearer decisions around cash flow, pricing, profitability, capacity, hiring, owner pay, and sustainable growth.

I’m Bianca McGee, founder of Plan Profit Grow™.

My work sits at the intersection of financial strategy, business decision support, and founder coaching.

That combination matters because most agency founders do not simply need another financial report.

They need someone who can help them interpret what they are seeing.

Someone who can ask the right questions.

Someone who can model the options.

Someone who can tell them when the numbers support the decision and when they do not.

And someone who understands that even when the math is clear, the decision itself can still feel complicated.

My role is to bring both structure and perspective to that process so you can make financial decisions you understand, trust, and can stand behind.

Why I Built PPG?

Agencies can grow quickly without becoming financially stronger.

Revenue goes up.

Then the team gets bigger.

Delivery becomes more complex.

Clients expect more.

Payroll and contractor costs increase.

The founder is carrying more responsibility, but cash, profit, and owner pay do not always improve at the same pace.

Eventually the questions change.

It is no longer only:

How do we win more business?

It becomes:

Which clients and services are actually profitable?

Are we pricing the work correctly?

Can the agency afford another hire?

Why are we busier but not keeping more?

How much can I responsibly take out of the business?

What needs to change before we grow again?

That is the gap Plan Profit Grow™ exists to close.

I help agency founders connect financial performance to the way the business actually operates so they can see where the economics are working, where they are breaking down, and what decisions need to change next.

The goal is not simply a larger agency.

The goal is a more profitable, financially sustainable agency that creates a meaningful return for the person who owns it.

My Business Philosophy

The financially correct answer isn't always the whole answer.

You can build the model correctly and still struggle to act.

A founder may know a client is unprofitable but feel responsible for the relationship.

Know pricing needs to increase but worry about losing business.

Know hiring should wait but fear disappointing the team.

Know owner pay needs to become a priority but continually put the business first.

Financial decisions involve more than math. They can touch identity, responsibility, ambition, relationships, risk, and what you believe a successful business should look like.

My approach does not replace financial rigor with feelings.

We start with the financial truth.

Then we make room for the human being who has to act on it.

That is how financial information becomes a decision rather than another recommendation that sits in a spreadsheet.

Corporate finance depth.

Small business practicality.

Before founding Plan Profit Grow™, I spent 15+ years in corporate finance across FP&A, cash flow, risk management, controllership, budgeting and forecasting, pricing and profitability analysis, KPI reporting, and business transformation.

My experience included supporting large business units, partnering with marketing and sales teams, evaluating product and customer profitability, building forecasts and financial models, and helping leadership teams understand the financial impact of the decisions in front of them.

I have also worked directly inside an agency environment, giving me firsthand perspective on the relationship between client work, delivery, people, margins, and cash.

Since launching Plan Profit Grow™, I have supported more than 200 entrepreneurs and small-business founders through financial strategy, fractional CFO advisory, cash-flow planning, profitability consulting, workshops, and coaching-informed decision support.

My clients are not looking for generic financial reports.

They are looking for a financial partner who can help them ask better questions, understand the tradeoffs, and make decisions they can stand behind.

Education & Credentials

My educational background includes a Master of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with majors in Accounting and Organizational Behavior from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin Business School.

My background has always sat at the intersection of numbers and people.

I am also an ICF-qualified Executive Coach and DISC Level 1 certified, in addition to being a Fathom Advisor, QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Float Cash Flow Advisor, and Gusto People Advisor.

How I Work

My natural style is analytical, thoughtful, and relationship-oriented. I tend to see patterns quickly, ask a lot of questions, and take the time to understand both the numbers and the person making the decision.

That shows up in my work as a calm, practical approach to financial strategy: we look closely at the data, think through the tradeoffs, and create a path forward that supports sustainable growth.
