Experience
Being a finance professional for over 20 years, I have extensive hands on experience with strategic planning, product launches, budgets, forecasts, cash flow management, and profitability transformations during periods of exponential growth, times of distress, and everything in between. I had led cross functional teams composed of marketing, sales, manufacturing, customer service, and operational professionals with full P&L responsibility for a billion dollar business segment.
I empower business owners with the best practices and strategies used by Fortune 500 companies and take them through my proprietary system so they have the strategy and support in place for sustainable growth.
Education & Certifications
My educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Organizational Behavior as well as a Master’s in Accounting all from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. I am also an ICF qualified Executive Coach and DISC level 1 certified in addition to being a Fathom Certified Advisor.
